Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, refunds will be made for the items returned within 14 days from Invoice date. All fragrance should be returned unopened and in resellable condition. |

Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at info@
perfumepro.com
, providing the reason for return. The RMA number must be written on your original invoice and on the return shipping label. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA number will not be accepted. Return items must be delivered to our return processing location within 15 days of issue of RMA number. We are sorry, we cannot accept COD packages. |

If the product you are returning included a special offer, the additional item(s) must also be returned, or you may choose to have the cost subtracted from your refund. |
Refunds will be made in the same manner the original purchase was made. We will refund the purchase price of the item less the original shipping and handling costs. If free shipping was provided, you will be charged for the shipping.
