If you receive any package with contents damaged or missing via UPS, please call 1-800-PICK-UPS with the tracking number on the shipping label and file a claim. You will need to save the packaging for inspection by UPS.

If an order was not received by the recipient within 15 days of the original order date customer must inform us via email or fax of non receipt. We are sorry as we are unable to take responsibility for any package that has been lost in transit and not informed within 15 days due to the reason that carrier does not accept lost investigation claims beyond this period. If a valid email address is provided we always email you the tracking information upon shipment.
